تامین کراشر با دارا بودن قراردادهای همکاری با کارخانجات معتبر ریخته گری ، ظرفیت تولید ماهانه تا حدود 60تن قطعه در ماه را دارا می باشد و ریخته گری قطعات فولادی و چدنی تا 15 تن بصورت یکپارچه را در رزومه کاری خود دارد و مسولیت تضمین کیفیت و تولید قطعات سفارشی را عهده دار می باشد.

در صنعت ریخته گری،شبیه سازی و نحوه ریخته گری قطعات و بررسی کیفیت آنها، قبل از ریخته گری از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است.
استفاده از این روش باعث دستیابی به کیفیت بسیار مناسب و کاهش هزینه ها
استفاده از روش اصطلاحا سعی و خطااز بین رفته و زمان تولید کمترمی گردد وبه همین دلیل اکثر قطعات پیچیده ریخته گری شده این مجموعه توسط نرم افزارهای مهندسی شبیه سازی می شوند
مدلسازی قطعات
تولید یک قطعه با کیفیت ،در بخش ریخته گری ،از ساخت مدل ریخته گری آغاز می شود و کیفیت مدل نقش مهمی در کاهش هزینه های تولید مانند سنگ زنی ، پلیسه گیری و افزایش سرعت ریخته گری قطعه دارد. از این رو بعد از استخراج نقشه های مدلسازی توسط تیم طراحی و نظارت مستقیم واحد فنی مجموعه ، مدلسازی قطعات از جنس فومی ، چوبی و یا الومینیمی بنا به تعداد قطعه سفارشی انجام می پذیرد .
عملیات حرارتی
بطور کلی اکثرا ،قطعات تولیدی این مجموعه بدلیل نیاز و شناخت پروسه های بعد از ریخته گری نیاز به انواع عملیات حرارتی دارد که نسبت به جنس قطعه طبق استاندارد و طرح فنی که از طرف کارفرما داده می شود ، پروسه عملیات حرارتی توسط متخصصان مجموعه طراحی و با نظارت کامل انجام می گردد.

با بهره گیری از نیروهای متخصص و با تجربه خود در حوزه متالورژی و مکانیک توانایی تولید انواع قطعات فولادی و چدنی را در گروه های ذیل دارد:
